Now history is being rewritten; they are being depicted as peaceful friendly people. Not true. They were marauding colonists that wiped out the people who were already here and are today denying those people ever existed, calling themselves indigenous while bragging about which waka (canoe) their ancestors arrived in. All the while whining about European colonists and demanding hand outs because they are just simple over run peace loving people. Bull shit actually, the level of thievery, skulduggery, rape, murder, and other violence perpetrated by these peace loving cannibal descendants is unbelievable, unrepresented to the point that if the truth were told this countries clean green tourism industry would collapse over night.
